Information used by the app

To provide its features, the app stores your child's name or nickname, selected profile photo, activity and reward settings, star and league history, and Magic Booster settings on your device. The approval pattern is stored as a verification hash and salt, rather than its original shape.

Data transfers and photo access

The current app has no account registration, developer-operated cloud sync, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs. It does not send your app records to a developer server. The friends in the league are virtual participants generated by the app.

When you choose or take a profile photo, the app requests the access needed for that feature. It copies the selected photo to the app's local storage to display it in your profile. It does not upload the photo to a developer server.

Backup files

In Parent settings > Back up and restore, you can choose to save a JSON backup file containing the name or nickname, selected profile photo, star and league records, activities, rewards, and Magic Booster settings. The approval pattern is not included. Backups are created only when you choose to save them; the app does not provide automatic backups or account-based syncing.

Backup files are not encrypted by the app. Anyone who can access a file may be able to read its contents, so keep it in a private location and avoid sharing it unnecessarily. You choose the destination in your device's file picker. Available locations may include device storage, iCloud Drive, or another storage provider. If you select cloud storage, that provider handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy. The app does not send the backup to a developer server.

Storage and deletion

App records are stored on your device. You can change the name and edit or delete activities and rewards in Parent settings. Deleting the app and its data removes those local app records. Backup files you saved outside the app and copies you shared are not deleted with the app. Delete those files separately in the Files app or the storage service you used; that service may also retain copies according to its own deletion and retention settings. Separate operating system backups may remain, depending on your device's backup and restore settings.

Web pages and support requests

Privacy policy and support links open in an external browser. When you visit the website, the hosting server may process connection information such as your IP address. These information pages do not include analytics scripts or set cookies.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the information you send so we can respond. Please do not include unnecessary personal information, such as your child's photo or name, or your approval pattern.
