How do we earn and use stars?

Choose an activity card and show it to a parent. After a parent approves with their pattern, tap “Collect stars” to receive the stars shown on the card. When each weekly league ends, the stars you collected move into your jar.

Choose a reward card in Rewards. Check together with a parent, then use the stars in your jar to claim your reward. Choose rewards together as a family. A parent provides the reward.

Are the friends in the league real people?

The league friends are characters in the app. Your child doesn’t connect with other users, and their records aren’t shown to other people.

Can we change the activities and rewards?

In Parent Settings, make your own cards, edit them, or delete cards you no longer need. Choose names, pictures, and star amounts that suit your family.

What is Magic Booster?

Earn more stars for activities during Magic Booster time. In Parent Settings, open Magic Booster events. Choose the days, start time, and how many times the usual stars to award.

I forgot my parent pattern

Tap “Forgot your pattern?” on the pattern screen. Answer the addition question before time runs out, then draw your new pattern twice to save it.

Will my records stay if I update or change phones?

Update the app without deleting it to keep your stars and settings. If you delete the app or its data, you may lose your records.

Your records stay on the phone you use. For now, the app can’t move them to another phone. We can’t bring back deleted records for you.

I can’t choose a profile photo

Check your phone settings to see whether Daisy Rewards can use photos or the camera. You can also choose one of the app’s characters instead.
